5. Shipping Policy
We provide shipping services within Australia only.
After successful payment, orders will enter the processing stage. The order processing time is 1–4 business days.
Orders placed and paid before 18:00 (Australia/Sydney time) will begin processing on the same day; orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.
Once dispatched, the estimated total shipping timeframe is 7–12 business days.
Shipping fees are as follows:

Orders with a total value of 90 AUD or more (including 90 AUD) qualify for free shipping;

Orders with a total value of less than 90 AUD are charged a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD.
After shipment, valid tracking information will be provided for order status updates.

6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone and include the order number and proof of payment.
Once the cancellation request is verified and approved, we will confirm the cancellation and notify you of the outcome.
Orders that have entered the shipping stage cannot be canceled and must be handled in accordance with the return and exchange process.
Refund Instructions: Once an order cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 4 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the order (such as bank card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

7. Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges may be requested within 45 days from the date of receipt, subject to applicable conditions.
Eligible situations include product appearance issues, quality issues, odor concerns, significant color differences, incorrect items, and returns or exchanges without reason.
Requests must be submitted via email or phone and include the order number, proof of payment, and relevant photos or videos.
After the returned product is received, we will promptly inspect the item to verify whether it matches the reported condition.
If the inspection is approved:

For exchanges: a replacement product will be shipped to your address within 1–4 business days;

For returns: once the return is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 4 business days, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order (such as bank card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
