These Shipping Terms apply to the Toronirva online store (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) and are intended to clearly explain shipping arrangements, delivery timelines, and related responsibilities for orders placed through our online store.
1. Shipping Scope
We currently provide shipping services within Australia only. Shipping services outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of 90 AUD or more (including 90 AUD) qualify for free shipping.

Orders with a total value of less than 90 AUD will be charged a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD.
3. Taxes
All product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. No additional taxes are required to be paid at checkout or upon receipt of the order.
4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders successfully placed and paid before 18:00 (Sydney time) will have their processing time counted from the same day.

Orders placed and paid after 18:00 will have their processing time counted from the next business day.

If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next working day.
5. Order Processing Time
After successful payment, orders will enter the processing stage.
The processing time is 1–4 business days, after which the order will be dispatched.
6. Shipping Timeframe
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated total shipping time is 7–12 business days.
Actual arrival times may vary due to destination, logistics peak periods, or other uncontrollable factors.

Depending on the delivery address and actual circumstances, we will arrange shipment using one of the following major Australian logistics carriers:

After shipment, valid tracking information will be provided via the order page or notification channels.

Once an order is marked as delivered, it will be considered successfully delivered to the designated address.
