This Return & Exchange Policy applies to the Toronirva online store (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) and explains the applicable period, conditions, procedures, fees, and responsibilities related to returns and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Validity Period

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  2. The product has quality-related issues;

  3. The product has odor issues or significant color differences that affect normal use;

  4. The received product does not match the order details;

  5. Return or exchange without reason.

3. Return & Exchange Process

The return and exchange process is the same and is outlined below:

  1. Please contact us via email or phone to request a return or exchange and provide the following information:

    • Order number

    • Proof of payment

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Relevant photos or videos

  2. Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, we will notify you through your contact details and provide the return address.

  3. Please send the product to the designated return address below:

  4. After the product is returned, please wait for us to receive and inspect it. We will verify whether the product condition matches your stated reason.

  5. If the inspection is approved:

    • For exchanges: we will arrange shipment of the replacement product within 1–4 business days to your original delivery address.

4. Refund Instructions

Once the return request is confirmed and the returned product passes inspection, we will process the refund within 1 to 4 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order (such as bank card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
If the refund is not completed within the stated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

5. Fee Rules

  1. For returns or exchanges due to appearance issues, quality issues, odor issues, significant color differences, or incorrect items, the related shipping costs will be covered by us.

  2. For returns or exchanges without reason, the return shipping costs will be borne by you.
